| This event will raise money for the New Haven Jazz Festival and music eduction for New Haven area youth. Donations will be accepted by Cooper Law LLC as escrow agent for Jazz Haven, Inc. Checks can be made payable to Cooper Law LLC with "New Haven Jazz Festival" specified in the memo space.

About the New Haven Jazz Festival
- The New Haven Jazz Festival will take place August 14th & 21st from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will be FREE
- JAZZ HAVEN uses jazz as a community-building vehicle to preserve, present and advance the culture of jazz, and to nurture interest and participation in the art form of jazz music in the greater New Haven Area. JAZZ HAVEN, both as a presenter and facilitator, welcomes collaboration with other non-profit groups, civic organizations and businesses in the community, thus maximizing the potential and public awareness of this truly American art form.
